Add new project

You can add a new project through the menu point

“projects >> add a new project“.

First you have to choose the projekt type of the project you want to add. As soon as you have chosen the project type, the fields that belong to it will appear. The fields with the yellow background are mandatory fields; all other field options are optional. As you can do it with documents, you can specify that some fields of the project type just accept some valid values.


In the select list of the project type, only these types will appear, which you are allowed to add.

 

If you click “save“ the project will be added and it will be displayed on the information-site.

Now the project is available and documents can be added to it.
