Search in classes

If you know to which class the searched document contains, you should specify the search to this class.

In the first column, you can choose the class which contains the searched document. If you don't complete any of the other fields, you will see every document from this class. There could be displayed many documents, so the search could take some time.


If you know any additional informations about the wanted document, you can enter them to specify the search.


The strength of the class search is, if you are searching for the bills of the customer with the number “4711”, you can choose the class “bills” and then enter the number of the customer into the specified field. Now you will see every bill from these customer. If you know the number of the bill, you can enter it to find just the wanted document.
