Add to project

If you want to add a document to a project, you have to do so over the opened document by clicking the icon in the toolbar or through the menu


Documents >> add >> to project


Or click the link in detail information in the document named


“Add to a project“

1. Step: Search the project

Like in the regular search you can find the project over the name description over the projekt type and the value of the fields.


Fill out the relevant fields and click “search >>“



2. Step: Add the document to the project

 

Now you can select the wanted project out of your search results and link it with the document which title stands in the headline of the path. Now click “add document to chosen projects“; now the link will be added to all the projects you've chosen and you will be directed back to the detail information of your document.

 

Alternative you can click the name of the project and the document will be directly added to the project. You'll be automatic directed to the detail information of the project.
