You can reach the administration area for the groups by pressing “Extras -> Administration >> Alter classes".
You can create new or alter already existing classes there.

Enter a name for the class and optionally a description and press save. You can also specify a retention period for the documents of this class. These documents will be deleted when the retention period expired. If you entered "0", no retention period would be enabled and the documents would exist until they'll be deleted manually

Now you can create columns which exist just for the selected class and which can be filled with additional information.

Fill in the information fields and press save. If you want to alter these informations, press "Alter Columns".
Select the wanted column and save the changes afterwards. If you want to delete a column, you just have to click to the suited point in the menu and confirm the deletion.
