There is more than one way to import a document into Main//Pyrus

The Import routes classify into automatic, semi-automatic and manual. It depends on how necessary the interaction for the user is.

Full automatically import routes qualify especially for form-documents like they normally are generated. That includes the bill that generates the ERP system. Possible interfaces are the following:

• C-API

• Print-import. The documents are printed on a system printer (cups) and will be directly imported to the Main//Pyrus system printer

Semi-automatic import routes have a few less steps than usual to make it easier for the user. That includes:

• import from scan device

• import from open office

For semi-automatic import the data-transfer to the server is selectable. By default SMTP or FTP mode are supported

For manual import the user have to do all necessary steps to save the file on the server by himself.

• import through Main//Pyrus officer
