Select everything | Selects every documents or projects which are displayed on this page, so you can alter them altogether. | ||
Deselect everything | Deselect the documents or projects. | ||
Selected entries | Freigeben | Releases the selected entries, so every user with the required permission could work with it. |

Löschen | Deletes the selected entries. | ||
Lists | Checked out | Displays every document which is checked out and which can't be altered by other users therefore. | |
Released | Displays every document which is not released yet. | ||
Incomplete | Displays every document where at least one mandatory information is missing and which is incomplete therefore. | ||
Sortieren | You have different possibilities for ordering the results, you can order them by their names, owner, creation date or by their modification date. You have also the possibility to order them in descending or in ascending order. |
